Renee Auciello - Director & Creative Producer
Renee is a performing artist and creative producer passionate about bringing bold ideas to life through her company, Cocktail Creative.
​
After completing her training at ED5 International, she launched into her professional career with an international contract at the Venetian and Sands Casinos in Macau. She then spent five years performing as a Dancer/Singer with Carnival Cruise Lines, where she was appointed Dance Captain on her first contract. Her performance career has taken her across the globe, spanning jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, commercial, hip-hop, and Cuban salsa.

Alongside performing, Renee built a solid foundation in event management—where her two creative worlds began to merge. Her producing debut, Playback – 80s Pop Show, premiered at Adelaide Fringe 2021, earning 5-star reviews, sold-out audiences, and the John Chataway Award for Innovation. In 2022, she created Arcadia – Bohemian Cabaret, which ran for four weeks in Gluttony at Adelaide Fringe, earning her the Best Emerging Producer Award, presented by MILKE.

Most recently, Renee spent two years with The Australian Ballet as Deputy Company Manager, leading national tours, managing artist logistics, and working alongside some of the world’s most respected creatives. With a background as a professional dancer, she brings a unique blend of creative insight and practical know-how to every project.

She remains committed to creating meaningful work that celebrates local talent and brings people together through music, movement, and unforgettable live experiences.
